We believe that Sapours has distinct & varied expertise which have helped us in meeting our first objective in this project that comprised of developments on two platforms, namely SAP and PowerBI. The suggestions given by the team have helped at times to accelerate the timelines. The team has provided insight into how their expertise has been applied in practical/critical situations

Quality of the work delivered

We value and acknowledge the sincere efforts put by your team, may it be for the intermediate programs/utilities built in SAP, or setting up features in PowerBI. We felt that the quality could be improved a bit in having deeper quality checks at your end for checking data inconsistencies or layouts that would help improve the deliverables.

Flexibility

Sapours has been super flexible in this first phase of our journey and have always accomodated changes and requirements without any hesitation. Not to mention the quick solutions/ roadmap that came from the team for these changes.

Timely Delivery

We acknowledge the work your team has provided and appreciate the communication throughout the project. Your team was constantly following up with us for data, clarifications and approvals to complete the project on Time. Of course there were some deliverables which got delayed but it was attributable to miscommunication / misunderstanding from both sides , which should be taken care of, going ahead.

We appreciate the team's effort in delivering the attention and value given to our requirements. Your readiness to make adjustments based on our feedback proves strong commitment to customer focus.

Commitment

There was a strong commitment shown in all phases of the project. Additional meetings were conducted instantly in case of an issue and the point was resolved within committed deadlines.

Skills and Experience

We appreciate the technical knowledge and expertise shown by your team. The skills showcased during building and troubleshooting of wrapper programs were obvious and contributed to the quality and timely delivery of the task. However, we believe that in certain areas a comprehensive solution approach (esspecially in picking up latest available report of last year same day) could have proved more effective and left us with a feeling of total fulfilment.
