Below SAP tools can be considered for data migration from any DB to HANA or Any DB.
DMO option is generally recommended when complete system migration is happening however there are Pros and Cons of all these tools and methods to do the data migration mentioned below which will help you to take the decision.
Rapid Data Migration from SAP DS (Data Services)
Pros:

Cons:
- Duration of the project will be more as first new SAP BODS instance will be setup and then project creation in DS and rest of the activities will take place.
- New Database need to be setup for DS repository
DMO (Database Migration Option of SUM)
Pros:
- DMO is SAP tool which is a part of SAP SUM (Software Update Manager), no other license is required.
- Duration with this method will be time required for system migration only.
- No Separate instance or database is required
Cons:
- Data Migration will happen along with new S/4 HANA or regular SAP instance installation.
TDMS (Test Data Migration Server)
These days TDMS is also getting used to migrate the data between HANA or any DB to HANA database. It’s usage in converting the ECC data in business suite S/4 data is not known or explored.
Pros:
- No new instance is required, ECC with DMIS component can be used as central TDM system itself
- This tool can be used for System copies as well along with data slice and scramble capability
Cons:
- Time required for system copy or selected data migration using TDMS is quite huge
